SHIPPING

– Typically our turn around time is 1-2 weeks + shipping. During peak seasons, items may be delayed. To get a more accurate ship date, check the specific item listing or send me an email. 

– We ship our items via USPS First Class Mail. (4-10 days) When your item ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you need your item by a certain date, just ask! Depending on the season/item, we are normally able to accommodate.

RETURNS

– Because items are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so if we haven’t started making it yet. Email and we can let you know. 

WASH INSTRUCTIONS 

– For monogram items, we recommend machine washing on warm with like colors and hanging to dry or tumble dry low.

POLICIES

– Please double check all your info before submitting your order. We assume initials are correct and items will be personalized based on the information you give us. Refunds will not be given, unless there is a mistake on our end. This includes sizing and initial order.

– If we are not given all the information we need to monogram when the item is purchased, there will be a delay in the processing of your order.

– If initials are given, but no thread or monogram style is given, we will make your item as pictured in the listing.

– We do our best to accurately represent colors, however, because of differences in screens, there might be slight variations in the colors.

– All items are machine embroidered.
